HVAC Overview: This multiple building repair & replacement projects was a single contract award to make various urgent & critical HVAC mechanical repairs to a variety of HVAC equipment and major replacement throughout both Naval Bases.
PH5,PH6, PH44 & PH1467 Duke’s -Removed hot water heating boiler systems from all 4-buildings and installed Raypack Hi-Delta Boilers, new Expansion Tanks, new circulating pumps, all accessories, new hot water piping, boiler controls and concrete work for the heating system for each of these 3-buildings.
PH100 Museum-Repaired over 15-York rooftop package air conditioning units for this building due to salt air corrosion, that included new coils, compressors, motors, smoke detectors, leak repairs, circuit boards and various other repairs. Then performed service on all equipment.
PH225 – Removed existing server room AC unit and installed a new Mitsubishi Server Room Air Conditioning System.
PH1435 BQ – Bachelor’s Quarters Building server room AC unit was removed and installed a new Mitsubishi Server Room Air Conditioning System.
PM20 Cafeteria – Installed complete new walk-in refrigeration system, new copper piping, electrical work and controls for the Navy Cafeteria.
PM553 – Completely rebuilt large 20-ton air handler system in an occupied space above offices
PM150 Day Care Center – Removed Central Heating Ventilation Air Handler system and heating boiler from the building. Provide complete mechanical design and enigeering for the building to add air conditioning and convert to Mitsubishi R2 Series City Multi VRF System. Installed new Mitsubishi Heat Pump Condensing Unit, Branch Box Controller, 10 new Fan Coils, all new ductwork, all new copper piping and Mitsubishi Controls. All work done in an occupied building.
PM323 – Provided complete mechanical design and engineering to convert large 2-story facility’s heating ventilation system to add 60 tons of air conditioning. Installed 3-30-ton condensing units, all new copper piping, installed custom built 30-ton DX evaporator coils inside of existing air handlers, new stainless-steel drain pans, new ductwork, and installed a new Automated Logic EMS Control System.
This multi-building repair/replacement project was completed in 6-months with minimal interruptions to the end users with an exceptional results at each location.
