HVAC Overview: This was a building renovation that took place in an occupied building which was done in phases to minimize interruption. HVAC mechanical work required all new heating, ventilation and air conditioning rooftop equipment and new ductwork. This project consisted of installing 14-new large Rooftop Air Handler Units on new factory curbs, installed over 30K pounds of all new interior sheet metal ductwork, over 30-VAV boxes, all accessories and controls. Installed 14-new large rooftop exhaust fans, Reznor Hot Water Unit Heaters, Champion Commercial Duty Evaporative Coolers and various Mitsubishi VRF Split Systems in the building. This project took over a year to complete with minimal disruption for the customer.
